You may return new, unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to Powerplant. If your return is received after 30 days from the date of delivery a store credit will be issued. If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email us for assistance.

Parts Return Policy
Parts can be returned for exchange or refund with a 20% restocking fee charge of the original retail price. All parts returned or exchanged must be in original packaging and in good, selling condition. We cannot accept returns on opened parts. If you find a defect or damage on your product upon delivery, reach out to us right away via email or phone so we can replace your item.
To submit a return, please follow the directions below:
- Fill out all information requested in the return form (provided above) and specify if you are requesting a refund or exchange. Then email us a copy and/or print it out and place it in the package.
- Place the item(s) and return form and packing slip in a secure box.

Please allow 5-7 days for us to receive the product back. After your return has been received, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process. Returns are credited to the same card or PayPal account used to make your purchase. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
